Stylish but VERY difficult to use. The procedure to set an alarm is absurdly involved – and unpredictable,. It involves FAR too many steps, and then works only half the time at that. I gave up on using this for anything but a charging device within a week.

The speaker is decent, but nothing to recommend.

Another problem is that the clock itself (even set on the lowest level of illumination) can be seen from space. It’s so bright that it lights my 20 x 20 room; I have to cover the clock face with a towel each night so I can get some sleep.

So unless you are an engineer with a fear of the dark, pass on this one.

i found that this stereo is really good and the battery does last a long time but if you have a iPod touch, you should look at something else! when choosing a song with your remote, it will skip, every other song!! for me i find this fairly irritating because then i am forced to reach over and change the song myself. causing the remote to have no point.

I’m not sure I really understand. There are little FM tuners you plug into your iPod, which then broadcast a radio station which you can pick up with your car stereo. Otherwise, your car needs an auxiliary input jack. Those (or one of the old tape adapters) are the only ways I know to play your iPod through your car speakers.

help – i had gotten ipod speakers for my 2g touch ipod – about a year ago – they are for the car and sound comes thru car speaker system with out having to us a free fm station – can’t find my set and can’t find any where – do you know where I might get them
