There are little FM tuners you plug into your iPod, which then broadcast a radio station which you can pick up with your car stereo. Otherwise, your car needs an auxiliary input jack. Those (or one of the old tape adapters) are the only ways I know to play your iPod through your car speakers. I’m not sure I really understand.
